Meet the Guest Speaker
Nneka Opara
Nneka is a dynamic and faith-filled woman who believes life is worth living well. She understands that intentional living often leads to more fulfilling outcomes, and she is passionate about helping others experience that truth.
​
She is the founder of intentionallyNneka.com , a website created for women who desire to live intentionally and deepen their walk with God. Her vision is to see more women happy, fulfilled, and thriving in every area of life.
​
She is a woman of strong faith and has led large women-of-faith communities and most recently launched Women's Fellowship with Nneka - an online space where women can draw closer to God and pursue their best lives with purpose and joy.
​
Nneka attributes all her success to the grace of God. She is a proud mother of two teenage daughters who continue to inspire her daily.
​
Professionally, Nneka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a background in Business Management and a major in Finance. She has spent over a decade as a project management consultant for some of Canada's top five financial institutions.
​
When she's not working, cooking, or driving her daughters around, Nneka enjoys writing blog posts and inspirational messages for women of all ages and backgounds.
Meet the Host & Keynote Speaker
Dr. Precious Alino
Dr. Precious Alino is a highly motivated and progress-focused Pharmacy leader with more than a decade background and experience in Health-system pharmacy. She has a track record of leading process improvements and strategic initiatives.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University and completed a two-year post-doctoral Pharmacy Residency training in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Administration at Intermountain Healthcare, Utah. She has a Master of Science degree in Health System Pharmacy Administration from the University of Utah.
Precious Alino is currently the Director of Clinical Pharmacy, Education and Research at Phoenix Children’s. In her current role, Precious is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting the clinical pharmacy strategy throughout all sites of care at Phoenix Children’s. She also provides leadership oversight for the PGY-1 and PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency programs as well as the pharmacy investigational research program activities.
Previous professional roles include serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center, Chandler where she helped open this new adult acute care Hospital and successfully led the inpatient pharmacy department through initial licensing and accreditation. She also served as Adjunct Faculty for Advanced Pharmacology at Grand Canyon University, teaching Pharmacotherapeutics to Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. Precious Alino is a creative nurturer, a master life coach, a strategic and motivational leader with a deep sense of integrity. She is an inspirational writer and the author of the book, Leading ME: Becoming My Life’s CEO. She is the founder of Cred-Able Mindset LLC whose main purpose is to motivate minds and inspire lives; the founder, and Executive President of Diamond Sisters International (DSI) Elite Club, whose nonprofit mission is to build women to greatness and empower the next generation for success. She is a dedicated Christian, a dutiful wife and a committed mother of four amazing children. She is very passionate about community service and community engagement and has been leading the teenage and youth program at GMI church since 2016. In the larger community, she has served as a two-time judge at Miss Africa Arizona pageant.
